Platform UI
The Guardline Platform UI is a comprehensive graphical interface that allows you to configure, monitor, and modify Guardline service behavior without writing code. The Platform provides a centralized hub for managing all aspects of your compliance operations.

The Platform UI enables you to:
- Configure onboarding flows and compliance rules
- Monitor applicant progress and system activity
- Review and action on applicant submissions
- Manage team access and permissions
- Analyze compliance metrics and reporting
Platform Sections
Onboarding Flows - KYC
Configure and manage KYC onboarding flows for individuals.
Onboarding Flows - KYB
Configure and manage KYB onboarding flows for organizations.
People
View and manage individual applicants (KYC).
Transactions
Monitor and review transaction activity.
Users
Manage user accounts and role assignments.
Roles
Configure roles and permissions.
Note: KYC and KYB templates are managed from the same Onboarding Flows section. When creating a new template, you select the Product Type (KYC or KYB) to determine which verification steps are available.
Getting Started
To access the Platform UI, navigate to your Guardline instance URL. Your administrator can provide you with the appropriate credentials and access level based on your role.
User Roles
Different users have different levels of access:

Navigation
The Platform UI uses a sidebar navigation structure with main sections accessible from the left panel. Each section provides specific tools and views for managing different aspects of the Guardline service.
